Order the records you need to work on right from the comfort of your own desk. 

Order records from the file room with our document management software systems.Our records management software systems will allow users with the appropriate security clearances to order files or boxes from their desktop.  The user simply searches for a file, selects the record, adds additional files as necessary, and then places the order.  The user can also specify delivery method and priority.  

The file room will receive the order and can process single orders or all orders at the same time.  This feature is compatible with both our Thick client and web based thin client version.

Eliminate unnecessary trips to the file room.   By placing orders, employees will no longer have to wait at the file room for records to be pulled.  They can receive an e-mail alert when their file is ready to be picked up or when it will be delivered.
